Meet Sam Norris, our passionate founder, driven by over 10 years of experience playing semi-professional sport.
When Sam left sport for a full time role in the corporate world, he noticed how many people lose motivation and focus after moving on from highly structured environments, like elite sport or school.
“I was caught up in the corporate rat race. I’d lost sight of my personal goals, and I felt frustrated. My mates were going through the same thing. We wanted something to keep us on track and accountable. When I couldn’t find a gratitude or holistic health journal that worked for me, I knew I had to create one.”
